Failed To Activate Bitdefender 2010 And Upgrade To 2011 Verssion

Hi,


I have bought bitdefender 2010 just 5 days ago, and i have successful installed the antivirus, however, I have failed more than 10 times to activate the product!!! I have also tried to unchecked "enable firewall", and it still can't work!! Please helppppp.


Secondly, I was told that I could upgrade the 2010 version to 2011 version for FOC by the shop people, how to go about it?
