I Can't Run Bitdefender 2011

I'm using Bitdefender with version 2011, nearly 3 week it was okey but today when I start my lap I can't run it. It have a notice below like that;

"C:\Program Files\BitDefender\BitDefender 2011\bdagent.exe

The application failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect.

For more information, see the log of events of applications or use the tool command line sxstrace.exe."

May you give me some solution to fix it! (I'm using Win 7 32 bits) " />

This is a know problem with Microsoft's C++ Redistributables, not with BD. Try the solution in this topic and then reinstall BD (you didn't say if you were using Antivirus Pro, Internet Security or Total Security so the product download links in that topic may not be the right ones for you).
