Bd Ts 2011 Reboot After Update....

Hello,
This morning received BD TS 2011 popup "need reboot"?
After reboot and PC start BD TS 2011 icon is and stays "black" (or grey) . I cannot start any applications (IE, Mail, ...) waited 15 minutes = same situation.
Request "restart" --> no reaction ....
Needed Power off - on to restart PC . after restart , BD TS icon is "red" .....Starting applications very slow,
Hey my Windows Mail has now BD icons!!!!
