Product Password Box Already Checked

When I got to 'General' tab, 'Enable password protection for product settings' box has already been checked, and this is after I have installed BD2011 Total.

When I uncheck it, it asks for a password.

I dont know what the password is...

Also when I check the box 'Ask me if I want to create a pass word for Parental control' it doesnt ask me when I got to Parental tab then click on the small 'switch' to activate parental control...

Any help much appreciated.

You lost your password?

Bitdefender -> Configuration -> uncheck the option "activate the password protection of the products parameters..."

then you have to enter your password, check again the option, and put again your password.

Not simple.
