Oh, I thought this said SCAM, that is what bit defender does with auto renewal.
I recently got an email saying that Bitdefender was going to automatically renew itself. I sent a few messages via the Bitdefender site to customer support to cancel my subscription but there was no reply and today I got an email saying that it has automatically renewed. I want to cancel this subscription and since customer support isn't responding I have to post here to hopefully get an answer
