not sure what happened to my files after downloading songs all I know is that the rundll32.EXE has converted my files and cannot get a restore point. What can i do for your help??

rundll32.EXE is a legitimate Windows file.
Try to run a deep system scan using BitDefender and post here the results.
Can you also specify in what were the files converted to?
