Gen:variant.zbot.12

Hi

I have just run a BD Full System scan on a newly purchased pc and it has detected Gen:Variant.Zbot.12 in one of the manufacturers files, for which disinfection has failed.

I believe this may be a key logger or other trojan.

Any advice on how to remove this please.

I have now run a Deep scan and this has not detected any issues. Does this mean that the problem is resolved?
