Cannot Register

I bought PC w/ bitdefender pre-installed but every 2 days it states I need to reboot because product is not registered. After rebooting it is running again.


problem: when I try to register (create an account) it states the key provided is invalid but I haven't entered a key!! Just trying to create a bloody account so it won't show error anymore...


can anyone help?

    For example, I am using BD Antivirus Pro 2011 on a laptop running Windows 7 professional 64-bit.
