Can Bd2011 Remove This Malware

It appears Win32/Adware.OneStep.O is resident on one of my auxiliary drives. I use this drive for storing all downloaded setup/install files.

When I scan drive G: (shared among 3 PC's) with BDIS 2011 there is nothing reported...when scanning the specific file that Win32/Adware.OneStep.O may be in...I still get a clean report from BD2011

The file was found using ESET's (recommended in SevenForums) online scanner per image attached:

Is there a way to get my BDIS 2011 to remove/clean this suspected malware ?

Well...since I have BDIS 2011 on five machines...I would say I am trusting it also. But...I know not all AV/Malware programs can catch all virus/malware all the time.

Hoping someone here knows if Win32/Adware.OneStep.O which appears to be a rather nasty malware item can be detected and removed by the current BDIS 2011 engine ?
