[duplicate] Statistic Of File Scanned Is 0. Also, Bitdefender Often Said That Bd Is 2011 Is Crashed

BD IS 2011, often generate bug report, it said that BD crashed, the file name is xxxxxxxxxxxxx.dmp, i have submitted it, and restart BD, but, BD crashed again. Also, the statistic problem still appear, but all feature works well. Anyone can help me?????
