Though my BD scanner locates threats attached to junk emails stored in my temp directory under AppData\Local..., I cannot quarantine or delete them.
Do I need to provide BD with special access permissions, etc.

PS. Lastly, why isn't BD scanning and taking appropriate action on these files upon email download?
