Fail To Fix Issues


Dear support,


Today i install bitdefender 2012 Beta,find that i can not start realtime protection. i have tried to run fix, repair,reinstall,it still does not work.


My pc previous has bitdefender internet security 2011 cns installed,i uninstall 2011 and install 2012beta,so how can i fix this issue? :unsure:
