False Alert

A Bitdefender popup opens when I boot my computer and continues to popup no matterhow many times I delete. I ran a complete BitDefender scan as well as Malwarebytes and Adaware but found nothing. The alert is as follows:

" BitDefender has blocked multiple viruses! Virusname: Gen:Variant.Kazy.23830 Location: 86.55.210.72/X File access blocked. "

The message is repeated once more.

I have the ZIP file on my desktop. I'm not sure what you mean "generated download link". What exactly do you want me to send? Should I unzip the log and send you that? Also why by PM?

OK. I uploaded the file to Sendspace. Can you open it or do I have to do something else?

Did you send a PM to Cristi as stated in the post, with the download link? Cristi will be the one to review the file you uploaded. It would help if you also included a link to this topic in the PM so Cristi knows what the file is in reference to.

I'm sorry but I haven't done this before. I uploaded the zip file to Sendspace. How do I send the link to Cristi?

Once you have uploaded the file to SendSpace, SendSpace will then show a new screen which contains a field called "Download Link." You need to copy the contents of that field and then paste it into a PM to Cristi. If you have already uploded the file to SendSpace but did not copy the Download Link, then it is lost and you will have to upload the file again. This time, make sure you copy the Download Link to the Windows Clipboard before you leave the SendSpace webpage so you can then paste it into a PM to Cristi.
