Critical Error Win7 32bit

I havent use my laptop for a while. I recieved BitDefender Agent has encountered a critical error about loads of same boxes come up, on my Windows 7 32 bit Home Premium laptop. I have tried reinstall and install still get the problem.

I would appreciate your help if you could get my BitDefender Total Security 2011 up and running again at the moment i am using Microsoft Security Essential (MSE).

Checked the Support Tool however it is not complete. Can you please generate it again ? The main log file is missing so can't really start an analysis.

I did not know that I could upgrade for free I've always brought the product every year. Cheers for the heads up. Installed it now I have one question, does my settings from previous versions applied on the new version or do I have to set them up manually again?

Best to check yourself as the option settings are vastly different between the 2 products. Many options in the 2011 version have been removed/replaced in the 2012 version. The setup has been greatly simplified.
