Help With Trojan

Hope you guys can help. I keep getting a popup message that Bitdefender has blocked a Trojan that keeps coming back.

I have turned System Restore off and did a complete system scan but it keeps popping up.

The message states 'Trojan-gen (some number) has been blocked. SvcHost was the task that tried to access it.

It was showing up in system restore point so that was why I shut off system restore.
