Hi,


I've just upgraded from 2009 to 2011 and to my suprise, the file vault is missing. I've got a large amount of files stored in a secured file and now I can no longer access them. What do you suggest I do??


I'm also concerned after reading an old post (http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=22033) where it states this issue will be address, but this post was from 2010 and we are now well in 2011 and obviously nothing has been done about it!!!!


Can you please advice on what am I suppose to do in order to get my files back and how will I secure them in the future? And please don't tell me I've got to uninstall 2011 and re-install 2009... This would just be unacceptable and a complete waste of my time, not to mention a complete pain!!

    This feature has been removed from the Internet Security 2011 suite. I will contact you via the email address used to register on the forum and see how we can resolve this issue.
