Kazy Virus Or Malware?

Please help. In the Full System Scan, BitDefender keeps finding variant.kazy.22537 and it says in the popup that it has been removed, however once the scan is complete it prompts me whether I want to delete, quarantine or ignore the "virus"? The first two options to delete and quarantine don't work, so the only real option is to ignore. When I run the virus scan after reboot, the variant.kazy is still there and I go through the same routine all over again. I should not that I ran Malwarebytes and BitDefender both in Windows Safe Mode with Networking and neither could find anything in that mode. I have an active license and am running BitDefender 2010 (I believe it really is 2011) Version 13.0.21. I have Windows XP OS on a Dell Computer Laptop.

Hi BitDefender,

Do I need to open a ticket to get a solution to this issue rather than use the forum? Please advise. I am frustrated and want to get this malware if that is in fact what it is removed from the laptop. Neither Malwarebytes nor Spybot have detected this malware, so I am unable to use them to fix the problem.
