Planning To Reformat Computer: Will I Have Problems With My License?

Am planning a clean reformat my computer. As I will have to re-install Internet Security 2011 again, will it count against my 5-computer license?

The purchased license key can be used to register BitDefender on up to 5PCs simultaneously. You can reinstall / upgrade at any given time.
