Friend Bought Bitdefender: Used Wrong Email

I convinced a friend to purchase a 3-PC license for BitDefender AV but he made a mistake entering his email address. We tried to write support about the correct email from the web support form but there's been no answer and no acknowledgement that the support request was received, probably because he isn't registered yet.


He doesn't use online banking, but we do have an order number and we're pretty sure the CC charge went through.


We don't know what to do. This was about 18 hours ago. Any suggestions?

    In order to resend the purchase information, please give me via P.M. (personal messaging) the following information:


    -the name under which the purchase was made


    -the wrong email address


    -the correct email address
