I have moved the topic to the respective forum category: Malware.
The detected file is located in the Master Boot Record.
The MBR has 512 bytes in size and an exe file like that doesn't belong there.
A Go to file button can be added but it will point to the quarantine folder where you will see the file encrypted so it wouldn't be of any help.

Ramnit is one of the nastiest infection. Scan your computer with Bitdefender Bart CD or using some other BART CD. and after that repair the MBR using any tools like ****** or ******
