Insert "img" Tag On The Snd Of The File Information

I want information and help about one virus, or maybe this is adware.

It working by inserting html "img" tag ant end of the index.html or index.php files.

Code for example looks like <img heigth="1" width="1" border="0" src="http://vfjiqejy.co.cc/2302183.jpg">

And than the web page breakedown:(

Can sombady help my on that?

A search for a virus cannot be me made using that info.

There are all info, who i know.

All are on web server (not in local computer), infected files and data are on web server.
