Chrome 17 Beta, Virus Or Safe?

I haven't downloaded it let, but if it IS a virus bitdefender should stop the download right?

Ive learned my lesson on this Got a rule of thumb now. Only download softwares from official websites. Verify 1st if its a public storage site. hhehe

Excellent rule to live by. I hate to do it to online marketers, but I NEVER click a marketing link in an email or facebook/forum post unless I already know the source.

On a side note, I also never click on pop up ads, but regularly click banner ads. In my own little way, I'm trying to train advertisers to make pop ups go away. I can hope, can't I? :rolleyes:
