System Infected By Mutiple Viruses But No Possible Action Can Be Taken By Bit Defender

Hi, my system is severely infected. I conducted a deep system scan but after Bit Defender managed to resolve some issues, there were 30 over issues remaining that were unable to be solved. Is there anything I can do? Or reformatting my computer is the only option?

Example 1 of virus and location:

C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\5511640.EXE DeepScan:Generic.Malware.SFTkg.D4769E55

Disinfect failed (object was not found)

Example 2 of virus and location:

C:\Windows\update.2\8830.exe

Generic.Malware.SFHYVdhidWkg.CE263974

Delete failed

I would greatly appreciate if I can get assistance on this. Thanks.

Please post the BitDefender scan log showing the infections.
