Some One Help Me Please (trojan Generic)

My Computer is full with Hacker viruses like (Trojan Generic) And it is spreads And destroy My computer and enter the orders in

each like Alt Buttom Stand by And, the program (Bitdefender) cannot find it Only through (Rescue Mode) I do not know Use (Rescue Mode) and when it found the Viruses i choose Delete and He Ignore it Someone Tell me what to do?
