With Laptop Mode Active following Option becomes disabled
1) Antivirus Auto Scan
2) Auto Update
3) SafeBox Auto Sync
When I turn Off Laptop Mode the said issue no longer exists.
I have found this to be normal behavior as I posted HERE.

4) With Laptop Mode active, the pop-ups for IDS,AVC etc not appear even if Paranoid Mode is ON and Auto Pilot is OFF. the pop-up appear only when Laptop is running on AC Power.
If the Laptop is Power ON on batteries with Laptop Mode enabled and after loading the Windows desktop, when I plug-in the power adapter, all the said options that were enabled on the last power up, becomes disabled.

Not sure if this is F.A.D (functions as designed). I will need some time to work on this. You will have my answer as soon as possible.
Full System scan also disabled when Laptop Mode is active and I plug-out the Laptop Power adapter and in the Events it display "Scan was stopped by the user".
I find what you describe a normal behavior. Imagine you are running your laptop on battery and a full system scan start.
