I keep getting repeat pop-ups from Bitdefender telling me that it has blocked multiple viruses in the windows/temp files, and in bitdefender/desktop/quarantine. The viruses named are Gen:variant.kazy and gen:heur.viz. It says my computer is safe, but that access to the files is blocked. I have run both full system scans and deep scans, and nothing is found, but the pop-ups continue. I also have Microsoft Security Essentials installed, which alerts at the same time. I have Bitdefender Total Security 2011 running on a Windows Vista 32 bit system. If these are false alarms, how can I stop them? If they are not false alarms, why does a full or deep scan not find the problem? I can't seem to find the specific files that the pop-up says are infected, or I would be tempted to just delete them.
