How Do I Remove Gen:trojan.heur.fu.gqz@awdottoi

I keep getting the message BitDefender has blocked this virus Gen:Trojan.Heur.FU.GqZ@aWdOttoi . I do a scan and it finds thousands of infected temp files and says it has deleted them yet as soon as I restart I ge tthe same virus message. Any help would be much apreciated.
