Problem With Auto Pilot

my problem in bitdefender 2012 is that it prevents some or most of the programs from connecting to the internet and prevents some program from updating but when i disable the auto pilot button and switch on the paranoid mode in the firewall, the bitdefender allows me to run the programs and make the updates and download from the internet. That is because the paranoid mode gives me details about everything about the program that want to make establish connect by allow or block

i wonder why when on autopilot on the bitdefender block or prevent some program to run or to connect internet

i hope to fix this problem via update and reply to me when you read this topic

i use bitdefender total security 2012 and my windows is win 7 32 bit

What "some programs" are you referring to ? Please post the exact name and version you are having issues with.

some programs like yahoo messenger 11 and Hotmail messenger and paltak 10 these program are not run with autopilot but when turn off autopilot and run paranoid mode give me allow or block and when press allow the programs run

or when i want to setup program that need to internet to complete setup the bitdefender prevent that

my bitdefender total security 2012 15.0.27.325
