online scan says I'm infected with Trojan.Downloader.JNKR but I can't find any info online at all!
Sophos didn't pick it up.

I can't take a look at it right now, but you may find some info on it on virustotal.com. The file most likely to have been picked up on your computer has an MD5 checksum of 1c909ac7e9fba9cb745e5e125b2540d7. Our desktop products should have no trouble handling this detection.
