Help About File Access Was Blocked

I use BitDefender 2011 Antivirus pro .

Now it pop

" BitDefender has blocked multiple viruses!

Virus Name : GenPack: Trojan.Chepdu.A

Access by: MsMpEng.exe

Location: C:\Windows\Temp\tmp0007473

File access was block

......

It cotinue repeat every 10s

Please help!

According to Google, MsMpEng.exe belongs either to Microsoft Windows Defender or to Windows Live OneCare. Do you have any of these products active/installed? What operating system are you running? Please note that Windows Defender comes preinstalled (and cannot be removed) on Windows Vista and Windows 7, but it is recommended that you disable it once you install one of the BitDefender products.

Also, please make a Full or Deep system scan with BitDefender and post here the results.
