I have submitted 2 tickets in the past 3 weeks or so....


I have not received a reply for over 2 weeks now.


Ticket IDs:


201109131003912 (13/09/2011) (No reply at all)


201108291002898 (29/08/2011) (Last reply received 02/09/2011)


I was asked to send a bitdefender support tool log and a screenshot to the error, which i have done so on 02/09/2011


Since then - no response from support.


I'll say once more, if i cannot get support i would like a full refund please.


I look forward to a response.

    Strange I found BD support times fairly resoanable (2 - 3 day wait max) well, this will "bump" your post up again.
