I have submitted 2 tickets in the past 3 weeks or so....
I have not received a reply for over 2 weeks now.

I was asked to send a bitdefender support tool log and a screenshot to the error, which i have done so on 02/09/2011
Since then - no response from support.
I'll say once more, if i cannot get support i would like a full refund please.
I look forward to a response.
