Apologies if this has already been discussed, I've tried searching and have found some old topics but none which seem to fit my problem. Many thanks in advance for any advice you might be able to give.
When I go to play a Bluray it says:
"The integrity of CyberLink PowerDVD is at risk - check your antivirus software for malicious activities or try reinstalling Power DVD 10"
And the software refuses to play the disc.
So I've looked on the internet and found a lot about problems between older version of the software and tried a few things.
- I've turned off auto-start (as I was autostarting) and opened the software and played manually - same response.
- I've gone into BD and added the whole folder PowerDVD is in to exclusions - same response.
- I've looked on the actions and seen something about an auto play problem and told it to allow it - nothing changes.
The software worked fine when I was using the trial of McAfee the laptop came with, it's definitely a BD problem.
Is there a solution and if not can I get a refund and uninstall?
