Registration Key Reject As Already In Use

At the point where the registration key is required it is not accepted. The message is that the key is already in use. At this point internet access has been lost so there is no option to continue with registration. The only way to regain internet access is to use Windows restore to restore point created before installation started. Can you assist with the registration key and advise how to restore internet access that is lost during the installation of bitdefender.

I have BD Internet Security and licen end , I buy BD AV Pro

I have mistake when I inter new licen into old version (licen for BD AV Pro to BD Internet Security)

so I uninstall BD Internet Security and install BD AV Pro and when I inter licen to correct prudect (licen for BD AV ) message shown key in use !!!!

what I can do ?

I regist BD and create Account in my.bitdefender.com

so Bitdefender accept licen and be vaild for 365 day
