bit defender anti virus plus 2012 and bitdefender free edition can't disinfect Win32.Almanahe.D in .exe files which i badly needed. bitdefender gives me a delete and quarantine option only.
pls help.. i need to clean or disinfect my .exe files...
If those files were properly infected, disinfection should be available in both of the listed products. I say this because there have been cases when malware has improperly infected some files and those files were damaged beyond repair and as such disinfection cannot be offered.
Please provide a scan log and a few of the problematic files (archive, password protect using the password "infected"(no quotes), attach to a PM to me) and I'll see what we can do.

Please find one or two smaller files are not disinfected and follow the archiving instructions above, then send the resulting archive over PM.
Any archive format will do, but please do not use WinZip for this, as they use a proprietary format.
this is one of the infected file that i want to recover.. i have 2TB of files that is infected and i don't want to download it all again.

I seam to have forgotten to mention that you must rename the archive to .txt, since zip and most other extensiosn are forbidden as attachments.
You have posted twice and sent a PM, but no attachment on any of these.
Please retry and pay attention if the forum provides a warning.
