Black Screen
Hi, have been running AV2011 for some time without problems, got a mail with the payment of AV2012 and some links to download the new program. I uninstalled AV2011 with the uninstall tool, rebooted and then installed AV2012, installation went fine, rebooted and then a black screen, nothin more then a black screen! I need some help solving this please...

I actually made this topic in save mode...and uninstalled AV2012, because in windows I don't see anything...I'm on Win 7 premium 64 bit btw.0 -

I installed AV2012 again same issue, I run the tool in save mode and it generates almost 7MB zip file, can I still uplod it (I see a max of 4mb is alowed)
btw I'm typing this in save mode with network, so I can't reproduce this right now, Win7 does not boot normally as you already know.0 -

OoooH that does seem bad please do all the safe mode ect then repost I'll help if I can.
I have always had good luck with BitDefender except uninstalling a beta twice but other
than that I could be a commercial for BitDefender as Technical Support too has been real good.
You might try BitDefender Tech Support as they are real good and follow up fast.
