my anti virus was detect win32.worm.autorun.wl virus which detected at c:\windows\temp\tmp000013c2\tmp0030695d file.the action was taken is deny.my problem is the virus not remove and repeated detect.what must i do?

As you are using multiple antivirus, it may give the above mentioned problem. So i would recommend that firstly you remove Microsoft security essentials. And once you have done this just reboot your machine.
Next step is updating your bit defender antivirus so that it is updated with latest database definitions. And finally scan your machine and i hope it will solve your problem.
