No Account Created, License Key Become Invalid

Hi!


i re-installed my bit defender antivirus 2011 with 141 days left before expiration without internet connection, when i was able to connect to the internet I’ve got a message in my dashboard saying "NO ACCOUNT CREATED" with 1 warning that goes "TO BEBEFIT FROM UPDATES AN COSTUMER SUPPORT AFTER 30 DAYS FROM INSTALLATION, ACTIVATING THE PRODUCT BY CREATING/SIGNING IN AN ACCOUNT IS MANDATORY!, when I tried to fix it by signing in to my account I’m getting a warning the says "THE LICENSE KEY YOU HAVE ENTERED IS NOT VALID. IF YOU PURCHASED THIS KEY YOU CAN CONTACT COSTUMER SUPPORT TO GET HELP WITH THIS ISSUE.", i was able to re-register my product by offline registration and now it expires w/in 365 days w/c is not supposed to be. I am no longer protected please help, thanks and God Bless!

    Hi did you activate your product while you have installed first time ,if so please write a email to support team with valid email id and other information which you had provided time of activation.

    can you please delete the license key or uninstall the application then restart pc and check if any folder still in there ,check also user profile folder which is more important ,if got any folder please delete those ,then install and try to activate .
