  • Hello

Could you please provide an example or a screenshot?

Do you have Game Mode turned on or set to automatic?

    Take care.

  • I have Bitdefender Internet Security 2012 and can confirm the observed error.

In the anti-virus module, the program changes the On-access scanning settings from "Normal" to "Permissive" without the users intervention. Simultaneously, the "Scan boot sectors" and the "Actions" options become disabled (unchecked) on their own. This is a serious flaw.

  • Hi.The same problem here like the screenshot from rampant. No game mode on.it happend at least 1 time a day.hope you can fix this soon!!

  • I loved BD 2010, but not at all satisfied with Internet Security 2012. I have experienced this changing of options to permisssive without my knowledge also. Now the autoscan even with the On button selected keeps disabling itself. The fix tells me it failed. Every once in a while it will be on, then disables again. I have no way to know when this happens unless I keep opening the Consol. When I run manual scans, it is no longer recorded that I did. I have uninstalled and re-installed with no results. I did send the log file into support 3 times, but have not had any response.

  • Hi.the antivirus settings changed when auto scan find a infected file.reproduce this 3 times!!

  • Hello guys

If you were already asked to generate the log file, disregard the message above and just post the ticket ID.

    Thank you.

  • Mine get changed almost every day. Auto scan on, auto scan off, auto scan on, auto scan off. Very strange. I have a ticket already open on another matter and have submitted 2 logs....still waiting a response.
