How Long Do I Have To Wait For Instructions For Trojan.generic.7017515 To Be Removed?

My first scan today showed 7 items all the same Trojan.Generic.7017515on QuickScan:C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\Plugins\npqtplugin.dll Bitdefender failed to resolve these infected items. I have sent a report and have heard nothing back! I noticed from another post on here that the was a false positive for this item so as directed I updated and scanned again but the threats are still on my pc! what do I do? Are they a real threat? don´t feel happy about the feedback :wub:

I have already stated in my first post and as directed have already updated and done 3 more scans without success? threats are still there!I would really like to know what I need to do now! there are 7 items infected all the same. Bitdefender have gathered the information but heard nothing!

Thank you! I was a bit concerned as to whether these threats were real as they are still showing on the scan! When can I expect the scan results to be clean please?

When the update will be installed in your product, those detections will be removed.

Please note that those are clean, they are Apple genuine files.
