Where's My Antivirus Scan Log?

Hi, I've just downloaded the BitDefender Internet Security 2012 trial version, and I used it to scan my PC for viruses. It's better than my current antivirus and was able to detect some viruses. However, after the scan, I tried to view the log by pressing the "view log" option, but nothing showed up. So I went to the "Events" in the home screen and tried to look for it, but nothing shows up either, it was all blank under "Antiivirus" section...

so where's my log? how do I know which files were infected? is there a way I can manually retrieve it in the folder?

[how to MANUALLY RETRIEVE THE LATEST FULL SYSTEM SCAN LOG in Bitdefender 2012]

To retrieve an existing scan log you simply need to run the Support tool file from this location:

http://www.bitdefender.com/files/Knowledge...or_scanlogs.exe

Save the file prior to running it and to continue you need to accept the terms of use.

At the end of this process an archive will be created on your Desktop starting with bdamst.

Attach this file as a reply to this topic and I will analyze it for you.

Hi Christian,

it seems that after I registered my trial copy with my paid license, the scan log became visible in "events". is this a limitation on the trial version? it seems that way..
