Bitdefender 2012 Av Plus 2012 - Auto Update Is Not Enabled
Hello there ,
Bought the CD ( Antivirus plus 2012 ) .after installation of the software i am unable to update the latest updates .
1.Giving me the error "1101 please contact the support "
2. I am unable to contact the support as the below web site is not opening for me "bitdefender.com" say unable to open the site .
3.I disabled the windows firewall still its not working for me .
I have tried to genrated the output files and hope it would help to truoble shoot the issue so please let me know where i can update the .zip file as this forum is not allowing me to upload the files.
I am bit worried after looking at this forum that bitdefender looks to be more issue than any other antivirus produts .
Please tell me thats wrong hence i have bough this product with some amount of money hate to chase one more .
