65 Threats Ignored,because User Do Not Have Administrator Right To Clean、delete Or Move To Quarantin

Hi, i encountered a problem, bitdefender can not remove virus.

i just use context manual scan a virus folder, after that bitdefender notice some virus are succefully removed,but 65 threats ignored,because user do not have administrator right to clean、delete or move to quarantine

i am running an administrator account, so why bitdefender says " 65 threats ignored,because user do not have administrator right to clean、delete or move to quarantine"

and one more question: why sometimes we need to reboot system,then bitdefender can remove the virus.???

Thanks for your quick reply.

In rescure mode am sure bitdefender can remove the virus.

i just do not understand why in normal mode bitdefender fail to remove them? can you pls kindly tell me more about this? principle or something?

I glad that you managed to remove the malware.

First off all, I can't understand your language, so I don't know what is written in those screenshots.

In order to answer to your questions, I will need the scan logs.

[how to GENERATE A FULL SYSTEM SCAN LOG]

- Before running the scan please make sure that you have the latest virus definitions downloaded via the Update module. For this you need to open Bitdefender and from the main interface click on Update now;

- After the update process has completed successfully you can proceed to running the scan task.

In the same window go to Antivirus and press the Scan now button =>Full system scan.

- After the scan has finished you need to submit the scan log file.

This is accomplished by running the Support tool file that can be downloaded from this location:

http://www.bitdefender.com/files/Knowledge...or_scanlogs.exe

Save the file prior to running it and to continue you need to accept the terms of use.

At the end of this process an archive will be created on your Desktop starting with bdamst.
