uninstall the whole program seems to fix a problem not to put it to repair the entire program uninstall reinstall new mind

Tried evaluating Bitdefender 2012+ over the weekend, but unable to get the exclusions to work.
Both file, directory & process are not working.
I need Bitdefender not to scan any exe files run out of a certain directory. They make remote desktop connections to manage service desktops & servers. Bitdefender is always closing the connection regardless of the exclusion.
Shame - seems like a great product & excellent performance. Going to have to uninstall & go back to Mcafee

Sorry Bit Defender 2012 is very unstable and delete it pass me 2011 and I lost a week just to the exclusion process for me to work well. I turn the computer back clear exclusion list does not even work the other way is not working autoplay vsserv.exe process is consuming 100mb 2011 compared vernation least 30mb of ram.
