[resolved] Upgrade/change Bitdefender Antivirus Plus 2012

I used to use ZA firewall and BDF Anti 2012, but had to uninstall ZA, since it made my comp get BSOD's over and over again, so as I don't have the firewall in my standard Bitdefender, I was wondering, is it possible to upgrade to BitDefender Internet Security without buying a completely new package?

I was wondering if I too could get this upgrade? I had originally used the trial version of the Security Suite in Dec. (thus was able to post in the Thunderbird email thread) and opted for the AV+ due to some of the known issues. I do see Bitdefender making progress in those areas, maybe not as fast as some of us would like, but it is happening. I would like to be more well rounded in my use of this excellent software, and thus my desire to upgrade.

Would the Suite key be backward compatible to the AV+ version, in the sense that I could leave my AV+ version installed on my desktop that is behind a hardware firewall using the new key, and use the Suite and key for my wireless PCs (notebooks)?

I understand that I would lose a couple of months due to the upgrade...no problem.

You want to upgrade to Internet Security or Total Security?

If we change the key, you will have to install the new product on all your devices.

The only way to keep the AV+ on the desktop and the new product on the laptops is to have more than one key in your account.

Please send me those via PM and I will try to find a solution for your case after I check your account.

I received my upgrade email this morning, along with some very helpful info. and links to uninstall AV+, and install the Internet Security correctly.
