Rescue Mode Fails To Load

I have bitdefender 2012 installed on my system (windows 7 64-bit ) and when i try to run a rescue mode scan it fails to load it stops loading anything after the second code. I have tried to repair bitdefender by using the uninstall/repair feature on the control pannel but it still fails plz help

by fail to load i mean that, nothing after the second string of code appears it ust shows to lines of codes and never loads anything else i have let it load for 5 mins but nothing hapens.ill take any and all suggestion plz help .
