Software Running Problem With Bit Defender 2012

hello friends,

i have a share market software named "Master Swift". It is port based software as company tolds. I have installed bit defender 2012 antivirus on my pc. the problem is that when i run "nest trader.exe" file to run my software, login window doesn't appears. Bdefender blocks its execution. I tried to put the both "directory option" as well as "file option" in EXCLUSION OPTION in antivirus. but fails. I tried the same with disable antivirus option but fails. After clicking Disable Yes-No options 20-30 times, the software execute its login window and goes everything ok. I have tried the same on older verion 2011 but fails.

please give the appropriate solution for smooth software execution.

NOTE: THIS SOFTWARE(MASTER SWIFT) RUNS OK WITHOUT INSTALLING BIT DEFENDER

hello sir,

I tried but fails. it didn't work. I stop ids,avc, block port scan. i put add folder option in exclusion option also add in excluded processes in exclusion option
