Cctv Vieew Error After Bd Av Plus 2012 Install

Hi All,

Would like to seek help on the following issue,

Environment

Win 7 Pro SP1

BD AV Plus 2012 build 15.0.38.1605

Problem: Cannot view remote CCTV with using LAN with IP address, blue screen. remote CCTV sofware running with no error, only thing is blue screen

After unnistalled BD AV Plus 2012 everything back to normal, working.

Trying to disable all function including autopilot with no luck, since this is only AV with no firewall features really cracking head for solution.

I searching the forum for CCTV with no result, hoping this is not a double post.

Any assistant on this matter would be great. Thank you in advance.
