Autoscan Usb Media Not Working

hello!when i insert an external usb drive,Bitdefender don't scan it,instead,when i insert DVD,the auto scan scan works,and the scan icon is visible in the applications bar.the auto scan usb media option in "settings/antivirus/exclusions"is enabled.my OS is W7 Ultimate x64


when i use ESET Smart Security or Kaspersky Internet Security,the auto scan mode when insert USB devices,works in both cases.they recognize my USB drives.
