However, malware can also be submitted by sending the sampe to virus_submission@bitdefender.com.
Is there no email address which even non-registered users can submit submit dangerous url's so they can help everyone. I'm thinking about such users as those who use BitDefender TrafficLight:

They can post them on the forums, here, and I will forward them to our labs.

Is there somewhere where users can check to see whether a site is already detected as dangerous? I'm talking about users who do not currently use BitDefender products.
You can do that over here:

Enter the link and press Submit.
It will be scanned in the cloud and will alert you if it is infected.
